Better Business Council

The Better Business Council (BBC) is an enhanced membership available to Melbourne Regional Chamber members. Your membership investment aids in the BBC's goal to promote truth and integrity throughout the business community and to educate and protect the public. The BBC has been serving the South Brevard area since 1961. Annually, over 8,000 information requests, business referrals, and consumer complaintsare handled by the BBC. The BBC encourages consumers to contact us before making major purchases and makes priority referrals to BBC members whenever possible. The BBC publishes an annual Consumer Guide that includes members by business category and consumer tips to further educate and protect consumers.
Statement of Purpose:

To strive for truth in business transactions, advertising, and daily interaction with the public. To provide as much information as possible to consumers to assist them in the selection of products and services. To protect businesses against unreasonable or unfounded complaints.
